This quaint little spot is now BIG on my radar. My wife and I have dined here before with friends and had a great experience but we sat in the patio area (which I am not a fan of outdoor dining). This time, our experience was better as we dined inside. Our sever [Eric] was the main contributor regarding our dining experience. Eric was the perfect gentleman! He was hospitable, polite, kind and conversational. We had short conversations about life and experiences that comes with it. Such a delightful person and you’d definitely want to ask for his area to serve you. Now about the food: our appetizer was escargot and I must say it was some of the best in DFW. Our salmon was prepared with precious and cooked to perfection. Our 3 desserts were decadent. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the Olive Oil Cake; it was warm and delicious! If you’re ever in the mood for an afternoon delight, check out Bistro 31 in Highland Park Village. Ask for Eric!💕
