Description

Neighborhood owners Anthony & Jennifer Tiberia have established a community centered restaurant to the Oak Grove neighborhood. Sprig is a farm to table restaurant specializing in Southern comfort food utilizing locally owned farms, wineries and breweries whenever possible.

Sprig is the only farm to table style restaurant in the area. We are a family friendly place with a great kids menu and a locker full of toys.

Whenever possible the ingredients we cook with are sourced from regional farms, ranches and dairies guided by principles of sustainability.

EVERYTHING we make (sauces, sides, accompainments, dressings, soups, pickles, chips, fries, crackers, vegetables) is made "in house" and from scratch.
