My favorite restaurant in Dc for 26 years. Chef Luigi is the best. Excellent food and service.

Small restaurant with great food and service. Don't take chances - make a reservation! Intimate atmosphere enhanced the experience. Went for Valentine's Day and it was packed. I had the ravioli special and my wife had the lamb. Both were excellent. Had the calamari appetizer. Very unique and unlike any calamari dish I've ever had. It was amazing and worth a try! Service was terrific. Seems like all mature staff and no "kids". Old school feel. It's on the pricey side (my ravioli dish was over $40) but certainly a great place for a special night out.

Good portions and food tasted very good. Very cute intimate place. Service was a little disappointing. After I was already eating I overheard the specials of the night that unfortunately nobody told me about. After I was done with my dessert, 30 mins passed and no one had checked in with me and asked if I needed anything else or the check. I was by myself so I’m not sure if that’s why, because other tables were well taken care of. Spent $80 before tip. No refills on soda apparently since I got charged twice. I would go again if I was in DC.

An all around great experience. Incredible food that's fresh and simply prepared. The servers are friendly and welcoming making you feel like an old friend. Such a warm and inviting place. It's really one of DC's little gems.

Absolutely amazing. The calm pasta is my favorite, it’s light and it’s got hint of herbs freshness. Of course the tiramisu taste fantastic but the sorbet was nice too!
