Personally, I enjoyed the food. It really was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. For service, I would have put 3 stars, the host was a young man who had a bit of an attitude. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there, but the most frustrating part was that we had to wait an hour for a table while the host let others get a table even if they were after us. I’m glad our waiter and waitress were able to make us feel better about the whole experience. I didn’t have the chance to ask for their names, but they were really sweet and I’m glad they were there to help. We will be back soon, hopefully we have a better experience!
Summary : we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. Tatiana warmly greeted us at the door and we were immediately seated with no wait on a Wednesday afternoon. Our orders were taken and the food arrived in a timely manner. We had catfish and grits and a veggie omelet with potatoes and added a red velvet waffle. Everything was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious! The prices were comparable to other restaurants at around $17 per meal. I would definitely recommend Breakfast Brothers to anyone who enjoys good food and excellent service! Thanks for making our visit enjoyable Tatiana.
This was our first time eating here. The staff was mediocre, just a hint... smiles help! We ordered the lobster Mac n cheese and greens. We enjoyed the Mac n cheese, ; the greens weren't anything special but for $40, they definitely won't be diet staples lol. We will go again though.
The establishment is sooooo small its almost like your at one big table. We had an extremely long wait. But at the end the food was great. I would never come on the weekend again
First, let me say, I grew up in the south and my family is a huge fan of supporting small . Overall, the people and the atmosphere was great. However, I was very disappointed in the food portion size and the pricing. In the picture below, you will see five small to medium shrimp and grits. That dish cost me $21. I was so disappointed when I received my meal. The fact that those five shrimp and grits on average cost about $5.50 to make, and the meal was that much, was crazy to me. Also, the fact that the grits were not even somewhat creamy. I had to add cold water, from my husband water cup, to thin them out a little bit more, so I could eat them. Then when ordering, my husband was told by the server, that to add an additional pancake or waffle was $3.50. And later on the receipt, it showed that the waffle was actually $7.00. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time supporting this business. My husband liked his food and will more than likely patronize the place again, alone. However, he will be very careful to ask about portion sizes and pricing going forward.
