We celebrated a very early Christmas weekend in St. Louis and decided to stop at Carmine's for dinner. The service was top-notch. We started with hand made toasted ravioli. They had a ribeye on special along with a sea bass. The sea bass was the best sea bass I've ever had. It was light, buttery and flaky. Simply amazing, melt in your mouth! The risotto was awesome too. Very creamy and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend said his steak was one of the best he's had. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality dinner downtown.

Went here while in town to celebrate our 10 years anniversary. (We selected “anniversary” when booking our reservation and every single employee we encountered wished us happy anniversary!) Hands down the best steak my husband and I have ever had. Mary was our server and she was the best! Kept us laughing, drinks full, great recommendations. Two hosts were so kind and friendly. Another man helped filled our waters and was so fun to talk to. The “vibes” of the restaurant are so relaxing and friendly. They gave us a free dessert to celebrate! Definitely chose this local spot over the chains nearby next time you want a good steak!!!

Excellent food and service!! NY Strip Steak was cooked to perfection. All of the wait staff was very attentive. Our server Shea was Great! Visiting from Chicago, glad we chose to have dinner at Carmine's!

Came to this beautiful restaurant with my dad and was immediately met with the friendliest staff who welcomed us into the restaurant with smiles. We had the best server named Mary who was very attentive and seemed to enjoy what she does which made the experience even more special! The food was absolutely delicious, my dad ordered the Swordfish which was the Fresh Fish Of The Day and it was absolutely cooked to perfection, the flavor was so incredible! I ordered the lobster bites with a lemon sauce which was a very subtle and sweet flavor that paired amazingly with the house bread. We both ordered the Broccoli & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes for a size which were also very delicious and flavorful. For the dessert we got the STL style ooey gooey butter cake that was very rich and sweet but probably some of the best ive had! (note: my dad has a shellfish allergy and forgot to tell our server and they were very very kind about re-making his food! absolutely wonderful service) The environment was very luxurious, I will definitely be coming here again.

The food was DELICIOUS! Sarah, our server was such a delight. The staff was happy and kind. A joy to have been there! They are all proud of the freshly made ravioli. After having taste them...we know why. 😋😋😋😋
