One of the most amazing restaurants I have been to in Vegas. I literally felt spoiled by the amount of waiters and them service. It’s the best combination: amazing hospitality, divine food and a beautiful view. Thank you Costa do Mare for an incredible night.

Just to reiterate, this is a fine dining experience and you are definitely paying for that. The food was decent but for the price you’d hope to get a larger serving, but again you are paying for the experience. Mandatory business casual attire as well here. Our server, Margaret, was very knowledgeable in the selection of seafood and was also very quick with service. Simply superb !!!! The food was absolutely delicious, if not Michelin-starred when there was a guide there, then it would have been now. The setting downstairs (ensure you book a table downstairs and if possible by the window to look at the beautiful pond with the floating metal balls or outside around the pond when weather permits) is is very nice and service is outstanding. Prices are not cheap but matching the quality of the fish flown daily from Italy (or every other day, I cannot recall). I had a superb branzino and tasted the delicious langoustines the other guests had. Highly recommend.

Delicious, the tasting menu and wine pairing are delicious and worth it. The squid ink pasta and the risotto stand out, as does the fish and the beignets. If the weather is nice, make a reservation outside, otherwise, ask for a window, the view is really nice.

Costa di Mare is an impressive Italian fine dining restaurant featuring fresh seafood. The "James Beard House Menu" is one of the strongest tasting menus in Las Vegas. Nothing I ate was less than excellent. Service was remarkable. Venue features classic European design and emanates high-end luxury.
