Some of the best food I’ve had, with excellent, extremely professional service in a cozy, unpretentious setting. That’s not a common combo! Loved it. We had a large group booking two tables with lots of late changes, and the staff were very accommodating and responsive via email. We also asked for bread refills way too many times, but our server was so nice and never hesitated to bring them.

We had a wonderful dinner at Fig. It had a huge reputation to live up to and it did. Getting reservations here is a challenge, you are competing not only with other diners but reservation scalpers, which I only learned as we tried and failed to get reservations here - they were gone within minutes of opening for the weekend slots. We were successful for a Tuesday dinner slot. The options are mostly fish entries, with one pork and one beef dish. We both had flounder and it was excellent. The appetizer of egg ravioli was spectacular with a perfectly runny center. The apple tart for dessert was very enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive. The work of getting a reservation here was worth it.

Curtis made our first visit to FIG unforgettable! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all our questions. The restaurant was very accommodating to my vegetarian friend, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Highly recommend!

The first time I went to FIG was a few months ago and was with friends visiting from NYC. There was six of us in total. We somehow lucked out with getting a table on a Saturday night with the same day reservations.(but don't do that) lol! Book ahead if you're not a local. Our experience at this local staple did not disappoint at all. Starting with our lovely server Elizabeth who guided us first timers at the restaurant so well. She was very pleasant and made the experience with her recommendations of her favorite dishes on the menu all so enjoyable. The food alone was so DARN good! We ordered literally everything on the menu and no dish stood out over the other. As hard as that is to believe, it's the truth. We left very happy and very impressed. I went back last week, with another friend visiting from out of town. This time it was just two of us, and we sat at the bar. Again the service was amazing and the food was STILL so darn good. Consistent in every way! Thank you for great food!

This is my second time here and it’s always excellent! Our waitress was super knowledgeable about the dishes and asked the kitchen about the preparation of certain specialty ingredients for us. My boyfriend got the Six Finger Jack cocktail and it was amazing, one of the best cocktails we’ve had. The lamb bolognese gnocchi was so soft and meaty, the wagyu tartare with the crispy artichoke on top was delicious, the pork schnitzel that I dreamed about for months was just as I hoped it would be, and the sticky sorghum pudding was to die for with its amaretto ice cream. This is everything I hope for fine dining and better than all the Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to.
