I been a loyal customer to this location for the last 6 years. My go to is always a thin crust pizza but on Sunday we decided to try something different We ordered a deep dish Unfortunately, it wasn’t what we expected The sauce was not as tasty the pizza was made almost as if they rushed it. It was not cooked all the way. I laid my concerns to management and he pretty much said “well that’s the way our pizza is made”. Im very disappointed on how the situation was handle manger dis not show empathy at all . He didn’t offer anything to make the situation better besides take 5 dollars off to our 220 tab Which is ridiculous below is a picture of our leftovers we were a party of 3 we each had half of one slice and toss the rest to the garbage. Sad to say but my family and I would not be going there anymore

A good pizza place. Good environment and good service. The pizza was good and the chicken wings were ok. I do recommend this place.

Food was good. The pizza is tasty. They do need to clean their soda machine. The sprite I got tasted terrible. The same thing happened last time I was here. Surprisingly, the water in a glass had no bad taste.

The place looked awesome and super decorated. The food was not that good. The pizza's sauce and cheese tasted horrible. The bread was good. Mozzarella sticks were good. Fries weren't anything special. The service sucked, multiple people didn't get their food, and we had to reorder it. The food also took forever to arrive.

I have dined at the Pulaski Paisan location several times. But only about 3-4 times at the Ogden location and today 5/30/24 is by far the worst experience we've had at any of the Paisan's Pizza locations. We dined in and placed our order with our server Julisa who was pleasant at first. Between our initial arrival & check out she only checked in on our table once. We went on a Thursday afternoon so it wasn't a peak time or day and noticed her just chatting away with the other servers instead of checking in on us or her other assigned tables. Julisa finally decided to come to our table with a box in hand before asking if we wanted anything else. I consider myself a grateful tipper always tipping the required minimum 20% or more based on the type of table service we receive. I will admit I only tipped our server Julisa 15% based of her neglectful service. After paying our bill, Julisa returned to our table informing us "they needed the table for graduates". This happens as me & my boyfriend are still sitting there with half a glass of beer each, which we've already paid for. I have never been asked to leave an establishment in my life. We decided to bring it to the supervisor, Anneta's attention, who was extremely apologetic about the situation and compensated our inconvenience with 2 additional beers that were brought over by the restaurant manager, Andy. He was extremely apologetic about the situation and inconvenience as well. We frequent Paisan's regularly for their delicious pizza but this last dine in experience was extremely offensive and embarrassing. Overall Pizza is great! Service...not so great (0gden location) if you have to pick, make the trip to the Pulaski location instead. Keep in mind for the beer lovers such as myself, a pitcher of beer is $28 so pick up or delivery may be your best choice.
