I am sure the doctors are great there but good luck scheduling your appointment if you don't have cancer and just need reconstruction surgery or second opinion. Scheduling takes hours then it will be cancelled. You , by stupid policies, cannot schedule appointments with two doctors, plastic surgeons to have second opinion. Appointments are booked if no cancer 2-5 months ahead. I will update after my appointment

Your infusion center front desk associates could be more productive and attentive of people. After coming in to check in for chemo and labs. Lab work was completed and my wife and I sat and waited for her 2 pm appointment. Labs were done at 12:40pm. We continued to wait and wait until we noticed 7-10 patients after we first checked in go back before us. At 2:10pm we were then told by the same guy that checked us in initially that you have to check in twice. Here we sit at 2:30pm finally getting started as we have now wasted almost 2 hours of waiting. Seriously what a joke. Your redwood center is way more organized and have had zero issues with them for 3 treatments. Now we switch to this center and first time we have an issue.

Reconsider your options to come here. Your life , in my opinion, is safer elsewhere. Following a series of mishaps , errors , lost results, lack of proper screening, the pain and suffering we endured from this cancer centre was immense. My twin sister, whom I write this post in service of, eventually died a tragic death at age 37.

I had to have surgery right away. I was in the middle of a move from Wi to Fresno so everything had to get transferred over. I will admit there was some issues getting everything & everyone on board with confirmations/billing ect. But once the insurance & billing was settled I arrived in Ca & three days later was admitted & shortly after arranged the date for surgery. The Dr. Diver & nurses were extremely confident & showed compassion. They walked me through everything step by step & what to expect every step of the way. They allowed a family member to accompany me right up till the surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with this place. There is somewhat of a wait but it’s not too bad considering it’s a huge place & have lots of patient’s. So be patient be kind & be thankful we get to live another day. The experience starts with you❤️
