Food and service was amazing. Our server Season gave very good suggestions. We had the braised ribs which came over potatoes with a mix of vegetables, lobster and grits, and the crab mac and cheese. Besides it being so very chilly everything else was great.
Milly was an amazing host. Quick with it, knowledgeable about menu options and great suggestions on entree choices. Enjoyed his professionalism and courtesy. Hope to garner his services again. Will return to try more dishes. Thank Milly!
I recently ordered takeout from Kitchen and Cocktails. While the staff was nice, I was shocked to be charged over $100 for a simple à la carte-style chicken dinner without a drink. The establishment seemed to be drastically overcharging for what would normally be a $30-$40 dinner. I understand fine dining prices, but this felt like overcharging for the quality and portion size. Also, the atmosphere seemed uncertain, as if the owner didn't know if they wanted the place to be a bar, a club, or a southern kitchen, which was off-putting.
We received excellent service from Milton. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was delicious; the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the grits were the perfect consistency. The manager, Robert, was gracious in accommodating our additional unexpected guests as well. Overall, the ambiance and general appeal of the restaurant was very nice. I would highly recommend!
Celine was amazing waitress. She effortlessly took care of our every whim. I highly recommend her service. Kitchen and Kocktails Dallas gets 2 thumbs up.
